When can I expect my order to arrive?
It may take 7~14 days to ship the package. Please note that some packages may be delayed right now due to delays in international freight logistics caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

What's the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order is placed. Orders during workday will be shipped in 8 ~ 12 hours. Orders during weekend will be shipped on Monday. Usually, the tracking number will be sent to you in 5 ~ 7 days.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order? 
Please email us within 4 hours after you place the order, or the order cannot be canceled 
once the package has been shipped out.

What if I want my order arrive in 3 days?
Please don't place an order if you expect the product to arrive in a short time. 
We can't make such a guarantee.

We currently ship to USA. 

How much does shipping cost?
Standard domestic shipping is $8.99. We provide free shipping for orders over $59.

My puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email your order number and a photo to info@jigsawdepot.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll happily replace your order or issue a credit.

 

What's your return policy?

JIGSAWDEOPT accepts returns of unopened products purchased from jigsawdepot.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Products must be returned in the original packaging including all exterior shrink wrap in its original condition and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received.
